Mother's Day Special

In honor of Mothers everywhere I've decided to run a Mother's Day special. Book a photo shoot during the month of May and receive a free print (any size, your choice)! Photo shoot doesn't have to be in May, just call me in May and you qualify. Don't forget to mention this post to me!

Welcome to Portraits of a Mother Photography

I chose the name Portraits of a Mother because that's what I am, first and foremost, a Mother. I am using this habit to fund my desire to continue to be a full time mother. I hope you can benefit from this as well. I love photography and my desire is for your photos to come out natural and truly you. I charge $175 a session. A session includes:

1 hour devoted to you
a CD with all of your pictures, plus 10 of your favorite poses, enhanced and edited, and print rights for those photos

*additional fees will be applied if you would like me to print your photos and if travel is required more than 15 miles from Roseville.

About My Photography

I have been playing around with photography since I got my first SLR in 2001. I really enjoy making a great photo and now, with digital, a great photo will come out spectacular. I am self taught and I know that this will be a continual learning experience for me.
I love natural lighting, so I would prefer to do your session outdoors. The morning or late afternoon light is best, but we can work with what we've got. The brighter color in your clothing the better. I will edit (enhance) your photos to help them pop and fix any imperfections in order for you to have the best quality picture.

Here are a few regulations so that we can all have the best experience with your session as possible:
*First and foremost--have fun!! The more relaxed you are the better the pictures will turn out.
*I give you a full hour for your session; if you are late it will be part of that hour. For every 10 minutes past that initial hour there will be an additional $10 charge
*I am willing to drive within a reasonable distance (15 miles) outside of Roseville. If further travel is required, there may be an additional fee.
*Payment is due at time of photo shoot.
